    Fresh Paint on the Tank

I just wanted to put up a photo of my latest project. A few weeks ago I sealed the inside of the tank with Caswell and this week I sealed the outside with a fresh coat of Dodge Inferno Red. Looks like a poor mans candy apple. I built the booth from 1x3's and wrapped it with plastic sheeting from the home center. It's cold in NY sO i placed a small milk house heater in the booth and let it run for a half hour and I had a nice 70 degree spary booth. Make sure you turn it off before painting (bad things could happen) Next, install the new petcock and I Should have "Suzi" back up and running in a few weeks. Thanks everyone who helped me out on my project. The troubleshooting help has been invaluable

      Very nice job!

I am looking at the color chip for inferno red right now, and the pic doesn't do it justice. That color is going to look amazing in the sun!

Great work, and please post some pics once she's all back together and sitting in the sunshine!

Always liked that red, it does really pop in the sun. Nice choice. Look forward to seeing it together in the sunlight.
