1978 gs750 front fairing?

Hey all,

Just wondering if this is a gs750 piece, or if this is custom, or off another GS cycle? Anyone know where I can get one of these front fairing/windshields?

I believe that is a Maier. J.C. Whitney among others carry them.

Also check ebay. Seen em there from time to time for around 50 bux.

That's not a Maier. Maier's go for about $120 new.
That is an EMGO.

Search for "Cafe Fairing" on Ebay & that one will pop up several times over. You can get a new one for about $50 if you search a bit.

They are a bit "cheap" feeling compared to the Maier ones in build quality but adequate...

You get what you pay for i guess. I've had both types at one time or another & a Givi as well (which is on another level up again from the Maier in terms of quality of build)
