I had one of the F16 fairings that is quite similar to that... Fitted it to my 1000G.
Didn't look good & buffeted my head all over the place! I sent it back.

That appears to be a National Cycle F-18 sport windshield. They also carry flyscreens that might look more fitting on the GS bikes...
The epoxy coated black frame/tinted screen combo should look sharp....don't care much for the chrome version.'82 GS1100E
