Settle down. Just a couple of bored old farts, having a little fun.

Nobody wants you to quit anything. Certainly not my intention.

Take a side view pic of your bike, plug it into photo shop, trace the tanks and tins, copy them and change out as many color options as you want. Really quite simple.

Whenever I see a post in "Pidgin' English" (i.e. texting crap), I ignore it. I had ignored this thread (didn't even bother to click on it when it appeared) until I saw all the replies.

I knew there wouldn't be a picture of a white GS1100E here, and figured the thread was going just how it turned out to be going.

I refer to the current generation (under thirty) of newcomers to the workforce as "Generation Text" (You heard it here first, I demand credit for it if the national media pick the term up). A few of these ignorant fools have actually responded to employment ads at my current employer with textual contractions in their cover letters.

They've all been deleted without any acknowledgement of receipt.

The reason I opened this thread because I read N E thinking someone from
the north east needed a hand with something. Guess not. I like meeting local GSers.

The more I look at this, the more I think white is the perfect color for my 1100E....
                Outstanding...

I think pearl white with the black engine and exhaust would be the catz azz.

Either that or metalflake black with silver outline letters.

Come on wes, they're just having a little fun. Don't worry, we all post something that draws fire at some point, I've done it, we've all done it.

You gotta admit that this new wave butchery of the english language is annoying, not to mention that way too many of our young are graduating from high school thinking that this is the proper way to spell, you can't abbreviate every word and expect us old farts to understand it, you may as well be typing ebonics!
