single sided swingarm... idea only.....
hi guys i was on my other web site for my xs650,,, and i have regularly come across a xs650 with a single sided swingarm,,, i think they look great... has anybody ever fitted 1 to our gs1000e,,, regards davidTags: None

Cut one side out of a G swingarm...

i think i've seen the xs650 you're talking about... and the only thing thats an xs650 on that bike is the motor. it's a completely custom frame.. so if you could fab up your own frame and mount your gs1000 motor in there that'd probably be the only way. the old steel cradle frames probably can't take that kind of shearing stress.
