    Not a bad idea Steve. I wish I'd thought of it. Probably would have done it...and it would have been easier to boot. The idea arose out of trying to find some way to mount larger speakers than the 4" round ones in the radio housing. 4x6's were as large as I could go in those covers. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the sound though because the bass response is just not enough. Oh well, it's better than just the 4" ones.
