    Pete..soon as i get her all back together the for sale sign goes on. Just yesterday I polished all the engine covers, cleaned the sight glass,replaced all the cover and cam cover gaskets, have done the valves, etc etc. Whoever buys it is getting one he11 of a nice bike.

      Thanks, Frank..always looking forward to doing another S model. I doing 2 of them currently, which will make 5 in the last year. The more the merrier I always say.

                      Just got back from shipping the boxes, Chuck. Should have em in yer hot little hands next week some time..whoo hoo!! Here's a pic or 2 of what you were referring to, nothing fancy, just a re-do of the front trim piece. Filled a couple imperfections, painted it satin black and the ribs silver. I guess it's all in the details, eh..?

                        Little details add up to the big picture..as we all know. This bike is gonna be for sale soon as shes back together next week and i do the final shake down and carb tuning. Gonna be a very proud addition for somones stable.

                          Nice work again Larry! I wasn't keen on the plastic chrome look-alike on the trim so I blacked mine out with some plastic paint.

                          What you've done with the silver looks much better IMO than that fake plastic chrome stuff...

                            Yeah, I think it looks good, too. More subtle. If someone wanted, there's chrome 1/8" pinstripe tape available that would give it the correct factory look, too.

                              I was thinking about that Larry.. Once i got all the rattle can off though i saw why it was rattle canned in the first place. I knew it needed your attention.
