    Rear turn signal removal..

This may be the dumbest question ever, but I was going to swap out my stock turn signals with some newer ones, I disconnected the turn signal, but how do I disconnect the wires? Are they between the rear fender and the rear cowl?

I assumed the swap would be fairly simple but couldnt figure out where the wires went and figured Id ask here before I rip the whole rear fender off!

    Thanks in advance.

If (BIG if) it is like the 650, you should be able to reach the connectors when you take the seat off, but mine were just far enough back that taking the rear cowling off made the job a lot easier. You should not have to take the fender off.

EDIT Wait a minute...I reread your post...are you trying to disconnect the wiring going into the turn signal so you can reuse the stock wiring from the bullet connectors outward?
