Here's the finished '79 Honda CBX....I want one of these so bad I can taste it. He had me do 2 tail sections.

What's it cost to do the cbx stuff up? My old man has a 79 drag bike, silver, that needs new paint. If ya don't want to post you can pm me, he has a fiberglass tank I want to have done for his birthday.

Not at all, Steve. In fact it's way easier. No clear coats, no sanding and polishing. I use a nice high-end trim paint that comes in a spray can. It's designed for plastic interior and bumper parts and costs about $20 a can. It has an adjustable fan in the spray nozzel and when applied correctly, turns out like the ones on this CBX. I still prepped the parts the same, though. Sanded, primed, sand, paint.1979 GS1000S,
