What size screw is this?????
Attached is a picture of 2 screw holes. Is anyone aware as to what size they are? I built Highway bars to attach here and have no idea what size screw this is.Tags: None

If you don't have a caliper, a metric tape measure will do. A SWAG from the small photo would be 12mm. But measurement is knowledge.

Take one out and take it to the hardware and use the thread finder and then get a longer one so the brackets will mount up. I am thinking 10MM threads with a 1.25 pitch.MY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

There is no screw in it to take out. I tried just about every one I could find in my shop to find a match. Just thought Id ask in case anyone had used them before.
