Does anyone have these saddlebags?

Is anyone using these saddlebags from Nelson Rigg and can show me what they look like on your bike?

I might want to look at a set for Christmas.

No, I don't have them, but I can offer a suggestion.

Take a ride some weekend, head for Iron Pony.

When you get there, go through the door, turn right, start drooling at (but not on) the saddlebag display.
When you find something you think you might like, ask to take them out for a test fit.
When you find something that you like, thank them profusely for the opportunity.

Any pictures of them King? I'm curious as to how far off the pipes they sit and whether I'd have to make any sort of holder. Based on the pictures on the website, I don't think I would but am not sure.

Holders are no problem.

Cowboy, just for you, I tossed these on a couple of bikes to model them on.
They even come with the nice reflective stripes on the sides.
They were only $50 or 60 from Leatherup.com
I bought them for the GSX.






They have a smaller version without the stripes for $50 also!

Those look similar to my soft bags (which are about to be replaced by GK bags, hint hint), so they should be nowhere near your exhaust. (stock exhaust, right?) I don't think you'll need to add frames under them, but it might be nice.

Mrs. Steve's bike has stock pipes. I had to make the 'holders' because I moved the bags back, past the point where the shocks would keep them away from the wheel and tire. While I was at it, I just decided to brace the bottom of the bags, too. Not only to keep them off the (stock) pipes, but also to help keep the bags from slipping sideways.
