OK, back in post #7, I showed my wife's GL and my son's GL. Now it's time to show my GL.
Yeah, the GL on mine comes at the front of the model, but it's still there.

I really like it actually. I did it mainly because I painted the exhaust and didn't want to worry about it peeling off the headers. I shouldn't but I did it just in case. Also I think it look's awesome.

$350. Probably twice that in parts just to make it tuned and reliable.
Why are the handlebars uncomfortable? I'm new to riding and haven't been able to get mine running yet, but I imagined that the tall handlebars would be far more comfortable for distance riding.

Bars have been switched on both to the "1000G" bars. Buckhorns are tucked away for the purists.
