I am sure that it could be done. Don't think I have ever seen one around the gsr though.
You will most likely be on your own for mounting it or adapting the MS brackets to your application.

YIKES!
That is one EXPENSIVE piece of plastic, and it's not complete.
The $280 for the fairing does not include the windshield, which is another $75.
You will also need to order a mount kit (price unknown) which is bike-specific, and most of the bikes that I saw listed had 1" handlebars.
You will also need to relocate your turn signals. They offer a kit for $30, but that is probably for a Harley-esque bar setup below the fairing, which may not work with your bike.

Just trying to fool the H-D crowd into waving at you in traffic eh.
Large fake chrome tubes over your upper fork tubes combined with that ugly fairing...
That would probably fool them.
