    Tank Decals

I have a 1978 GS750E I'm restoring. I won't be able to mount tank badges. Would anyone like to recommended a nice decal, perhaps a "Suzuki" one? Though I'm restoring this bike, I don't care to make it look completely stock and generic again. Some flair would be nice. It will have the Maier GpZ round headlight fairing. Color will probably be an electric blue from Lexus, BMW, or Kawasaki. And any suggestions for the sidecovers beyond "GS750E"? I rather like the old Kawasaki flying "flag", but I really can't put that on a Suzuki, right?

Why not? I wish I knew a source for Suzuki decals. There is one for Honda CB's which I used for my CB900F, but I've not seen one for Suzuki decals. Good luck in your search.

Reproduction Decals has some nice stuff. There are also other sources, as there have been other threads on this subject before.

Try a local sign shop. They have computerized vinyl printing and most will work with you to get the size, style and colour that you want.

Bikebandit does some stock decals for Suzuki. When I got my tank repainted, I ordered new decals from them.

No disrespect, but your side cover "GS1000S" graphics are incorrect - font looks wrong. Sorry to nit pick, but the paint looks awesome otherwise, so the lettering stands out.

I had a local home-business-owner do the vinyl for my bike.
                It was about five bucks.
