    Skunk striping kit

Can anyone direct me where a good place to get a "Skunk" striping kit? I am having the bike painted and I am looking for a set of the factory graphics? Or will I be better off having it done in paint ?

Yes...Larry used them on all my bikes as well and they are excellent.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

Agreed. The sets are very complete, and they fit really well. Make sure whoever installs them has done it before, though. It can be tricky. Follow the directions to a T. Buy the special vinyl application fluid to spray on before applying them. It's way better then soapy water..it really makes all the difference. I found mine at an auto paint store..it's inexpensive and well worth the money. It allows you a little "wiggle room" to move the decals around a bit if you have to and doesn't leave a residue like soapy water does.
