Mirros for Daytona Bars?
Hello members just wondering if any one out there has installed new mirrors on their Daytona bars. I installed some they look great now my shoulder block my rear view in the mirrors. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Sounds like you need narrower shoulders or mirrors with longer stalks.

The stock mirrors work great on my Daytona bars on my GS850G, and I'm one of The Large.1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.

Bar ends are great for visibility if you get large enough mirrors but they make it more difficult to lane split.

Get Napoleon bar end mirrors. They'll make your bike 4 " wider on each side. Really, is lane splitting so much an essential part of your riding style that you'd make a choice based on it? Once you get the mirrors on, you'll want to drive with the flow of traffic anyways so people can admire your smokin' mirrors!

Where I live traffic is a bear all the time. So cal. I do it at about ten miles over traffic but that save me alot of time. I need to be able to lane split. I did not think change bars would make getting mirrors that allow me to see rear would be difficult.

Under and forward of the bars is a great place for the mirrors, no shoulders in the way, perfect view, they don't stick out at all. Several fully faired bikes do this. I have been trying to figure out how to do it on a naked bike, not got any good ideas yet. Might have to fab up a mirror mount that goes on the fork or something.
