    700 revision DONE

    Ok here is the final build revision list:
    • Stock 700 forks inserted in 1150 triple clamp for width
    • New OEM handles and risers
    • Front 1150 2.75" wheel with 700 rotors powder coated black
    • New Sonic springs
    • Race Tech Gold valve emulators
    • 1150 front axle
    • 700 front spacer bearing reduced to 27.5mm
    • Anti-dive block offs
    • Powder coated fork tubes
    • 700 calipers powder coated gold
    • New SBS ceramic pads
    • New Core Moto braided lines w/blue banjos
    • 1150 rebuilt front master cylinder
    • Rear 1150 3.5" wheel with 700 rotor powder coated black
    • New Hagon rear shock- gave it a nicer rear stance
    • 1150 rear caliper powder coated gold
    • B12 brake stay - the secret to the wheel swap
    • New Dunlop GT 501's ..rear 150/70/17
    • New blue B12 Supersprox
    • Gold DID chain
    • Fabbed chain guard
    • Valve adjustment
    • Header ceramic coated
    • Retapped and heli-coiled the valve cover mount
    I think that is it for now, its never really done.

    Oh and it runs and handles incredibly, such a different feel with new wheels and suspension mods.

            That bike is so trick, Joe. It looks like it's going 100mph just sitting there. Your attention to detail, as always, superb. Seriously, so much work and yet so very subtle. That's what I'm always impressed with.

              I am betting a part will catch your eye and your beauty will be on the lift in no time.
              Really like the totally black wheels.
              Hate to ask but was the ceramic coating for the header in the $200.00 range? Did it include the prep work?
