Nope!

At least, not without some modifications.

I believe the GS1000 heat is hinged to the frame and I believe the '82 GS750E seat slides off. (At least, my '81 does.)

The seats that fit on your bike without mods are the 1980-1982 GS750E and the 1980-1981 GS1100E.

Anything else is not a direct swap.
