I already did, but in a different manner, using some aluminum angle pieces my dad borrowed from work. Ill try to find a picture.

Here is a picture I took when trying out mounts for some ammo tins. The metal attaches at the same point as the seat, and then goes forward and has a bolt in front of the seat bolt. We can actually move the rear end around by the angle pieces and lifting up and scooting it.

The Samsonite luggage kit moved the turn signals to the license plate frame. Hard to figure what Suziki was thinking putting them where the bags go. I think it looks great. Would be better if they were perpendicular to the rear tire, but its a great practical improvement.sigpic Too old, too many bikes, too many cars, too many things

Yup...did the same thing to my T-model a couple of years ago...
I later added Krausers which moved the signals to the frame and now its back to stock...
I like to "tinker"sigpic
