Is this the same company as Pit Replica that many members have used? If so, why not arrange a group buy? I'm already planning to buy one, so count me in!

So WHO is gonna be the funds collector? will each seat be sent to the individual directly or to a member and require reshipping??

I got a PM a few days ago from PIT..but in all the emails back and forth in getting the 78 1000E stepped seat and the 78 1000C flat seat covers made off my supplied cover, I was emailing to TC.

So Mr.Pit..please clarify for me..Are you in fact TC????

Would buy an 850 cover, if its a reputable deal and there were enough people on board.

Back in 2011 (can't believe it has been 4 years!) I sent TC the original seat cover from my 80 S to replicate. Almost immediately after sending, Thailand had some horrible flooding and Pit Replica was in the heart of it. TC kept me up to date on their process, as I think they ended up relocating during the flood.

Excellent process and great communication. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them.

They have one for a 79' 850G, it's the same as the 1980 1000G. I would be interested in ordering one but Chuck had a good point about shipping. I'm guessing the whole order would be shipped to one address and them someone would have to ship from there.
