Which opens up a question ive been meaning to ask since ive decided that the next gs will stay a 2 seater, can the rear pegs still be used with rearsets?

Thanks, I cut that with a bread knife to suite me own as. Cut sewed me own cover too.
Started out as a hideous "King and Queen" double butt pucker thing.

To be honest, this fairing was my less expensive compromise. I actually wanted the sharper looking Ducati Sport Classic, Paul Smart fairing:
I think they wanted double the money for this one.

I believe this gs has a modified avon from airtech?? Im in love with this particular bike, it almost has that "highschool ****" look about it.. You know she's had it hard but you want to ride her anyways and try to show her whos boss haha!!
Ive thought about that monster fairing and have seen it in person... its big
Id like to.see it on a zuk for sure though

I feel like the airtech koshner would look good too

Right! Those same photos inspired my build.
I wanted a kinda, rocket nose fairing.
A Bandit or other new naked frame bike would probably be a mo-betta bike to do it on.

                  So that's a 6 point mount then?...if I'm seeing it right.
Love the top "T" mount that spans across to each side. Looks like flattened end copper tubing.

                    That depends-
On my H-2 the rear peg holes were the rear set rear bracket bolt on point...so no. But I spose I could have bolted a peg thru...but that bike was squirrelly enough for just me...I wasn't going to subject a passenger to that too.
On the '80/'81 GS's the rear pass pegs mounts are welded on - when you get to the '82 on bikes they ran a long bolt on aluminum plate the the pass pegs attached to and were attached via the rider peg mounts and an added frame mount. For the early '80s bikes one could grind off the U shaped pass peg mount and use that as a dual point mount - pass pegs and frame attachment on the loop there. That last idea is what I plan on for my 1000G - I have everything Tarrozi but a mount plate, since they never made a "G model" mounting plate. I figure a minimum, 1/4" thick 5052 or 6065, alloy plate should work and attach to both rider peg mounts and the pass peg mount area on the hoops.
                    Hope this helps...

Flattened end steel tubing, stronger than copper and it can be welded. The T mount has to be welded at the right spot on the bike frame so it don't get in the way of the tank. A reinforcement flange is a good idea too.

MM1 silver or black...or MM5 in the same color options. Add a tail, silver paint and freak people out with MFP stickers....
