    850G with front spoked wheel?

I'm thinking of installing a spoked wheel on the front of my '79 GS850G.

Do you think it would look good or just plain wrong?

Without spokes on the rear, I'm wondering why. I think it will look odd. Find a Madura wire wheel set. or http://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-SUZUKI-...pV6BTb&vxp=mtr

Spoked wheels are awesome in my opinion. It won't match the rear wheel but you don't really notice the rear wheel anyway. It takes a little longer to clean them. They're lighter than the mag wheel. I say go for it!👍

      Here's my front wheel.

        Your wheel looks great!

I remember a few Harley models were sold with a spoke front and mag rear. I thought they looked pretty good... for Harleys.

That is decent advice for bikes with chains, but the choice for shafties is severely limited. One of the attractive things about a shaft-driven bikes is the reduced maintenance. I have enjoyed a lack of spokes on my bikes since 1977, so it baffles me that anyone would want to introduce something that requires MORE maintenance to a low-maintenance bike.
