Started painting on my GS today.

I got the tank done. I still need to find a new trunk piece and paint the side covers but it is coming along nicely. Of course for a free bike it is coming along very nicely. I just hope to have everything done in time to ride it next season. (not enough $$$ to get it ready in time to ride this year )

Nice. Does it have 5 foot disease?(Looks great, till you get closer than 5 feet)

How bout a closeup of that tank? it looks great in the pic, reflects light well and the paint seems smooth.

I would but my camera has five foot disease.(it does not take good close ups cause it is cheap) It has some imperfections like a couple of smalle runs a dry spot or two and a little orange peel but a good color sand will fix most if not all of that. I srewed up and scratched it putting the petcock on so I also have a small spot to fix too. This isn't my first time painting and for a rattlecan good I am pleased so far.
