Speedo faceplate: source for NOS faceplates or anyone used a good "bespoke" maker?

My speedo faceplate is looking kinda beat, and I would like to just replace it rather than get a whole new speedo unit. Maybe while I'm at it get a speedo faceplate with speeds higher than 80 mph! I remember reading a post on here a while back about someone who'd had one made up, anyone got a source?
