If it "looks good to me" then it doesn't need to be buffed out.
I don't typically buff out the final clear because I'd rather leave the film thickness on, and for fear of burning through. A few dust pimples don't bother me in the grand scheme.Ed

Looks nice! ....for what it's worth, I figure my less nice jobs are softer and easier to rub when they are fresh because I do it by hand! ...so on that assumption, if you leave yours alone, it'll harden up over a week or month (which I think you need do before waxing anyways...) and you with your fancy power tools can then buff out the inevitable scuffs with less worry burning through...

Leaving it alone gives it a more factory-like finish. Cutting and buffing around all those sharp edges will be tricky if you've never done it before. How's the tank look?1979 GS1000S,

Looking good! And a +1 to other comments, if it looks good to you that's all that matters.
Tip on the tank... don't be in a hurry! Take your time, do it right the first time, you won't have to do it again... it'll actually give you a quicker result1982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie
