    New seat cover GS850GX

After all these years my seat cover gave up the ghost and split I purchased a good quality one from Herehttp://Pandkclassicbikes.co.uk
along with the "spike strip" this as the picture shows requires pop riveting to your seat and gives you more fixing points for your cover (also if your fastening points are tired and rusty it takes their place) mine were ok but I chose to use the strip. You follow his instructions and when your happy using a hammer bend the spikes over flush to the seat base. I am not an upholsterer I am pretty pleased with the results.

    Looks great!

(I did find a NOS one for another bike I have, but I was lucky to find one on Ebay.)

I recently had my GS1000 seat recovered at auto upholstery shop.
    The charge was about $200....
