    1 1/8 bars on GS

anyone running 1/18 bars on their gs. I am doing a cafe build and I think it would look sweet to put some fat bars on it. show me your pics if you have.

    Thanks,

    I have Protaper 1 1/8 bar on my gs1000.
I don't have better pic than the one in my profile.
Motocross handlebar are quite wide for a cafe build.

Cool, I could kind of see it. How much wider were they than stock bars? On a side note did you shave you own seat. I like how it meets the rear fender nice and flush

I know many (most?) of the cruisers have 1" bars, did not know that 1 1/8 existed.

The handlebar are 32.5'' wide, original bar are long gone.Yes the seat is homemade, I will redo it next spring.Nothing wrong with it I just want a sewed cover like the original seat.
