Deffo getting a set soon. A couple of engine that've passed to me from POs have been fitted with them and they make a huge difference to the hassle factor of dealing with old corroded x-head screws, even if you have the correct JIS screwdriver.
Allen headed bolts just crack loose and work properly with no cursing.
The engine without them at the moment yeilded to the JIS tool, but a couple of them got a bit strained, so may as well fit the whole kit - it's cheap enough for the easy maintenace it contributes to.---- Dave

Got the stainless allen bolt set in today. They look very good and you can tell that the heads are all hand polished by the discoloration on the threads below the head. Very pleased!Ron

The set looks to be complete. It even comes with the bolts bagged and tagged as to where they go on the engine. I have not installed them yet as I have the bike in the middle of a restoration right now.Ron

Hoping my set will be at home just before me as this would be a nice little task to achieve while home on leave in March.Mike

Understand it is possible you may find some stripped or near stripped threads, depending on the bikes past.
Also I found that, depending on the kit, they may not all be the exact same length as OEM. And, you may end up with extra, or you may be missing some.
A lot of people making kits, most are pretty good though.Bob T. ~~ Play the GSR weekly photo game: Pic of Week Game
