1981 gs750e round headlight install

Hello out there In GS land I have a 1981 GS750E I was thinking about installing a round 1100 headlight instead of the square. Does anyone know what I would need to do so? Thank you for any input Have a safe Memorial Day weekend! God Bless----------Brian

Hi, you will need to get brackets. The nice cnc ones can be installed and removed without taking off the forks but you will probably need to remove the forks to remove the old headlight unless you do a destructive removal . There is also a bunch of wire inside the bucket that you will have to deal with. I personally think the rectangular headlight suits the lines of the 80/81 bikes but that's just my opinion
