    Fuel Tee

Robert sent me 12 orings for the fuel tubes (2x4) and the vent tees (2x2). I thought there were orings on the main fuel tee but after some destructive exploring I see thats not the case......I think. Appears to be a rubber coated tee with the ridges (I thought were orings) molded in. Can I still get a new tee. this one is now junk !

Huh ? I use to simply copy and paste pics from shutterfly. Not now ??

There are aftermarket Tees that take O-rings. That's what I'd target. Also, the transfer tubes. If you have a lathe, making these parts is pretty simple.

I have a dealership across the freeway. Suzuki parts lists the tee at 35 bucks. I ordered it and will report back when I get it.........

On my yamaha radian there's a guy on Facebook that makes the fuel tee's and the transfer tubes out of aluminum. I don't think anyone makes them for the gs1100e.

Do you have some calipers? If so, can you post up some dimensions?

Sure, Id love to post some pics too but the new format wont allow me to from shutterfly like the old site did.......grrrrrrr !!!!

Anywhoo.... I sent you a pm this morning but that didnt work either......grrrrrr !!! I have 2 pilot screws that work like butter, and 2 that dont. The 2 good ones are backed off 4 turns. I can see the screws right at the top of the threads. The other 2 wont bottom out and and start getting hard to turn. Do I just keep fussin with PBBlast and lube until I can get them to seat ?

How about a tap to clean the threads? The tap is really fine, .5 mm pitch, and very easy to cross thread, so you need extra care. But done well, the threads will be cleaned up nicely.

I did a little GSRs searching and these sizes seem pretty good (I hope)

                    Pilot M6X0.5

                    Idle adjustment is M5X0.5

                    Pilot Jet M5X0.8

But like 7MM fuel line rabbit hole I went down these fine metric taps and dies dont exist anywhere you hope they would. Just gotta order them and wait......
