A few bikes had it from the factory such as the Suzuki T200 invader but most are done on custom builds and are a gimic which just introduces more chances of fuel leaks.
It's easy enough to retro fit something similar to any fuel tank if you know what you are doing.

Easy enough to do. Find an old honda 350 twin tank or others with the crossover tube under the tank and cut the elbows off and solder them into the tank you want to do this to. I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.
