Oddball GS1000 Carb - parts?

I have a 1979 GS1000L and my carb is unlike any I have seen. It has this structure on one of the bowls. I can't find this on any parts diagrams and need a some parts including the spring and a washer to prevent water from getting in. Has anyone seen one like this and if yes, do you know where I can get parts? Thanks.

Those carbs do not look like the originals that came with your bike.

The 1979 carbs, for one thing, are VM26 mechanical slide type.

EDIT: are those Keihin carbs? Maybe from a CB750?

And are you sure your bike is a 1979 model year? Bikes with manufacturing dates after about 8/79 are most likely 1980 model year.

Never seen a gs with air cutoff valves. Throw up a pic of the full rack. Im suspecting keihins

In the other thread, about the throttle cable, it shows mechanical slide carbs with a butterfly choke. Most likely Honda Keihin carbs from an earlier CB750.

They are Kehin and I may have done something stupid - I have a CB650 and may have grabbed the wrong carb set.

Yep, that looks like an accelerator pump diaphragm with the lower cover and diaphragm/push-rod removed. The photo on the throttle cable thread shows that the carbs are mechanical slides, the butterflies are upstream of the slides which means that they are choke plates.
