I replaced all the screws on my carbs with stainless allen heads and washers bought from the local bolt shop for 10 bucks aussie.

You should probably get a tap and dye(die?) set if you're going to be working on your bike, with this and a set of verniers you can work out most of the common sizes.

If they are stripped beyond repair, I just latch onto them with a small pair of vice-grips and twist. (if the head is exposed)

well cause i live in a college town and the people at the counter typicly not only dont want to help but if they had the information wouldnt be able to know how to find it .....
