carbs have already been dipped, with the screws in. It's a little rich at low end, figured I'd check them and make sure they haven't vibrated out of adjustment.

There's a small o-ring beneath that screw that can be destroyed by carb cleaner. You should remove and replace this o-ring.

To remove the o-ring use a skinny screw and thread the washer and o-ring on it. Be gentle not to rebore the hole in the carb throat.
