Is 1 1/4 turn out to to lean of a setting? I checked the plugs after idle and looked good but just wanted to check. Also where is my fuel needle adjustment at and that should be 3/4 turn out ?

Might be about right, how does it run with the throttle barely open?

It seems to run good with a little throttle . Just wanted to make sure I wasn't way out of adjustment. Also still looking for my fuel mixture adjustment?

If this is for your 79, should be at bottom rear of carbs. inside little area similiar to air screws. Good luck they are loads of fun to get to when on the bike. terrylee
