    Needing carb kit(s) for 81 gs450s

Any recommendations? Tried ebay, but couldn't seem to find what I was looking for. My bike has 2 carbs. thanks

    Hi,

Just get a couple of float bowl gaskets and a couple of rubber plugs for the pilot jet openings. Then order a carb O-ring kit from Robert Barr at http://cycleorings.com, and follow the Carb Rebuild guide to the letter. You'll be fine.

    Thank you for your indulgence,

    BassCliff

You may not even need the gaskets and plugs, but the O-rings are a must.

If these are the CVs they are 34mm and I bet the 1000/1100 carb kits would work.

Robert Barr made a 450 kit so no worry.
