    carb slide different height

So one of my carb slides appears to go much lower then the others.
Three slides go down to about a cm from the bottom and the last one (leftmost) seems to go all the way down. This a normal thing? isnt it bolted directly to that bar?

it may be bolted in the wrong place preventing the other 3 from closing properly. try backing off the clamp screw on the bar and see if the other 3 drop down

Just remember, an opinion without 3.14 is just an onion!

        What bike do you have?

        Specifically, what year?

That will help us determine which carbs you have (unless you have changed them).

Its a '79 GS550L and i opened the top cap thingies and found a bolt with a flat head screw through it, loosening the bolt and then loosening the screw seems to have made the other carbs go down but i bet there is a proper way to tune this...?
