    Breather hose

I am from Canada and own a 82 gs1100ez and my question is the breather hose is connected on the top of the engine but is just hanging down between the carbs. Is it not suppose to be connected to the air box?

    Yes it is.

AND if you have Pods (no air box), it needs a filter on the end of the hose
