    Petcock Issue

I only get fuel out the hose when it is in the PRI position.Shouldn't it come out in on & reserve as well?

Yes, when the engine is running. That is what the separate vacuum line on the petcock is for, it pulls vacuum from one of the carbs, which allows fuel to flow.

On is off unless the engine is on.

You would almost think that Micro$oft did the engineering.

No, you are thinking of clicking on Start to Stop.
At least the Suz system worked from the mid-60s on, unlike Bill's system, which is still in development. But he does have millions, if not billions, of Beta testers. Some call them users, but IDK.

i have an inline fiter and I noticed there was no fuel in it while in on position,so this is normal? The bike hasn't been started in a while, maybe three weeks.I couldn't get fuel to flow even in Pri position Took tank off now it flows???

Unless you have a low (no) pressure inline filter, I would ditch it, myself. Really no need to have one if the one in the tank, is still there.
