Screw driver or tool to actually fit pilot jets
Does anyone make a screw driver or tool that exactly fits GS1100 pilot jets & mixture screws ? It seems like 90% of the carbs I run across for the 34 mm Cv carbs are already ruined when I get them or so tight they are impossable to remove without buggering up the screw headsTags: None

I have found them at Sears and many other places.
The trick is to get all new screws, jets, etc. for the carb, then take the carb into the store and keep testing drivers until you find what fits. When you find what fits, don't use those drivers for anything else, so you can keep them in good shape.

i gave like 7 bucks years ago off the snap on truck.
he stopped by and i had him bring in a few straight blades till i found one that barely fit into the carb body...
black handled..i should go get a part number for ya eh?
i never looked back and only use this for the mixture and small jet purposes.
this even get buggered ones out most the time!

You need a hollow ground flat blade screwdriver. McMaster Carr sells them. Gun smithing screwdrivers will work.
