    Goodbye Centerstand.....! 4-to-1 on 83 GS750E

Working on my 83 750E and I got all 3 of my bolts drilled out, and the new threads cut(not real happy about one of them though).

I was test mounting the 4-to-1, and saw that the centerstand needs to go
I assume this is the normal deal? The flanges, and bolt holes line up, so I assume this the right header. I have an offset pipe as well. Haven't hooked it up yet.

It would really blow if this isn't the right header, as it was the whole reason for the 3 broken bolts.

Another question: The header flanges are thinner than the factory pipe. Should I use bolt spacers, or just torque the bolts down, and leave it at that?

Sorry I can't help with any answers, but I would like to see a picture or two!

I just picked up an 83 750E and it needs a new exhaust...

Some do require it's removal, some don't.

Use studs and nuts, and use anti-seize on them. Bolts in the aluminum threads are a bad idea, Suzuki was being cheap when they used bolts.
