    Where to buy carb Gaskets?

    Hi guys,

Finally getting around to rebuilding a GS 550 that I picked up a while back from a member here. Sorry I don't have a lot of time to spend searching for my answer - I wanted to ask if anyone could recommend where to buy gaskets for the carbs? It's a GS550 '76 or maybe '77 can't remember right now...

I've seen a lot of places selling carb kits like these http://www.siriusconinc.com/pro-deta...&product_id=34

    - but I have all the parts I need and only need the gaskets...

Alternatively is there an option of making your own? I am not sure if there is anything like that out there... but figured it couldn't hurt to ask...

I am also looking for the rubber bushings that go on the rod between the carbs.

    Thanks!

      Much appreciated.

Thank you - One other part I can't seem to find... where can I source the rubber bushing or seal that goes in the hole at the top of the carb that the slide arm connects to - for the rod that goes through them? Excuse my ignorance... not so sure... It doesn't seem to be in the microfiche http://www.partshark.com/fiche_section_detail.asp '77 gs 550...

it's the rubber grommet / seal that goes in the hole next to part #45

I'll be doing this very slowly... but will post pics once it's all together... peace

Crap after looking at the carburetor cleaning pictorial... I'm thinking I may be missing a bunch of parts... T- and fuel connections...but then again it seems to be a different carb than what I have... This site is awesome sorry for the newb question - I've seen the GSR greeting... what an awesome collection of information very impressed.
