Plugs are like 3 weeks old...
And yes a bowl full of gas comes out of each one.

I just don't get why it ran a few days ago and now won't. It has to be the carbs right?

sense there is no air box...
take some carb cleaner and have some one spray it in the backs of the carbs while you try to start it.
if it fires off... then yes you have "fuel delivery" problem.

Even though I'm using a funnel with a new fuel line and inline fuel valve... what would be considered a fuel delivery problem in that case?

If the fuel is not channeling through the carbs . . .

You also have done a lot of starting and had a fire. Check the battery. You may not be getting enough spark

Where is your idle screw set?

Its set for 1200 rpm from the day I had it running and hasnt been touched since. Nothing really changes much when I twist the throttle a little bit.

verified fat blue spark at the plugs? since you had a fire, I'm inclined to believe you may have low voltage to the coils due to a melted wire shorting somewhere.

Fluid levels dropped a bit but I'm hearing the clicking sound from the starter relay over everything and its louder than I remember?

sounds like the same thing mine was doing yesterday after I had dipped my carbs. I'm new with bikes and rebuilding carbs so take my advice with a grain of salt.... I ended up hooking my battery to a charger while cranking, helped a lot. I knew idle screw wasn't where it should be so I adjusted that a few times. made sure my vacuum hose going from petcock to the carbs was in good shape. also the main thing that helped was re-adjusting my pilot air screws. 3 complete turns out for my gs650. I also had to adjust my throttle cable as well which made a difference too.... gotta be something simple. I almost shot mine last night too but today I'm glad I didn't.

I have a hose on my vacuum port plugged with a bolt, air screws are 3 turns out, a little play in the throttle cable but not enough to matter since the idle screw is what matters.
Everything I have done is in the first post, still no luck. I'm gonna top my battery off with distilled water and throw it on the charger again tonight but even so it makes no sense why it ran fine a few days ago.
Even 10 min after the fire the bike turned over no problem but I will check the relay, coils and all wiring. According to my meter I'm getting enough power to the coil.

maybe try putting the stock airbox on until you rejet. I know on mine pods without rejet would start, but it wasn't easy and was hard to keep running.(bike was running good before) I know ya said it ran before, but just an idea...

The airbox is cut up, its the only way to get it off the 700. If it started the other day without bigger mains, with pods, etc it wouldnt make a difference. I'm beginning to believe it may be an electrical problem. I'll be checking my battery while I crank it and if all is good then moving onto the solenoid. I'm kind of hoping its the battery that way I can ride it.

Anyone have a price on a new starter solenoid or any other ideas?

                              Is your ignition any good?

It seems to test out good.

Too bad you dont live closer

More than likely I'm missing something small, I'm following the steps on BikeCliffs website but some of it is hard without pictures.

                                So far
I've tested the ignition system and my battery without a load.
I plan on testing my starter tomorrow and checking my battery voltage while trying to start the engine.
