Initial idle jet screw settings
I have a 1980 GS750L, Had to completely dissassemble and clean carbs due to this wonderful ethanol gas. I would like to know if any has the correct settings to start out my adjustment process?Tags: None

2.5 turns from lightly seated is a good start point. Once you get the bike running, tweak the screws until you achieve the highest idle speed. Try to keep all the screws within 1/4 turn of each other if the idle speed doesn't seem to change much when adjusting some of the carbs.Ed
To measure is to know.

Yep, 2.5 is a good starting point. I used to use 2.0, but have started using 3.0, instead.
Just richens it up a bit for that initial start, then tweak it to perfection as Nessism said.
