A minor grumble

Removed my stock header yesterday to test fit my new 4-into-1 and found I had no exhaust seal on my #1 cylinder. Gotta love hack jobs...

Yep, just when you think you seen it all, a PO will surprise you every time.

No big deal now though, because you will be replacing all four exhaust gaskets anyway, not so.
They crush when you pull up the exhaust, so they are really "use once only."

Yea, I already have the new gaskets. As you said though, it just amazes you sometime. There was a lot of black buildup around where the seal should have been and on the exterior of the pipe, but it wiped up pretty easily.

I wouldn't complain too much. It least he had the header bolts out, SO you didn't have to fight them..
