bike only runs with choke on
i have an 83 gs1100 that will only run with the choke on. this is my first carburated bike so i have no idea where to start. i am mechanically inclined just need a little "steering in the right direction".Tags: None

Basscliff and others will be along shortly with more information, but in a nutshell you need to tear down and soak the carbs to thoroughly clean them, replace the O-rings, check or replace the boots, adjust the valves and sync the carbs.
