It's the aftermarket replacement from Z-1. The model letters listed though seem to be for later model bikes, am I stuck with buying an OE that I can't get reliable rebuild kits for? Thanks!
Long story short, I did order the aftermarket in my link. I just got around to putting it on the bike, due to the fact that it needed some tweaks to fit - I was even considering returning it and ordering a factory one. But instead I just bit the bullet and converted it to a left hand feed and filed a portion of my tank to accommodate the slightly larger and differently spaced fuel pickup.

To do the conversion (they made it easy to do), you carefully drill out the small amount of metal from the opposite port (don't gouge the sides of the hole and careful not to charge all the way through and damage the internals - the metal is SOFT), take the brass fitting out of the right port and use a vise to press it into the left one. Errr be sure to plug the right port with something, I went with JB Weld. In use two days and no complaints. I wonder how much reserve I have now.
