removing stuck pilot screw-BS34
The link below shows how to pop out a pilot screw from inside the slide. Anyone know if this will work on a BS34. Just want to save pulling the carbs if its a no go.

I must be missing something here. The screws thread into the carb body dont they ? Isnt driving them out going to ruin the threads in the carb body. Im referring to BS34s. Ive got some spare carb bodies, Ill try it & see I guess.

If he broke off the tip of his idle mixture screw then you go through the slide port to knock it out.1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.

Ok, I get it now, just the tip is broken off. I was thinking the whole screw was stuck and he was driving it out.
