Very nice day here yesterday so I finally got the opportunity to change my exhaust gaskets and connectors (SKU: 14181-11010 & 14771-44010) after putting up with a small leak on the left side last season. Every bolt came out with no issue, nice surprise.
Wow, what a difference. The old Brit mags wrote the GS750 had a "fruity" exhaust note, now I know what they mean. She sure does sound sweet, can not wait for my first ride this weekend. Now that my exhaust leak is gone the engine sure seems to run a bit louder...
Note on the connectors, they seem to be a bit thicker than what I replaced (could the old ones have compressed that much?) and made of a spun wire material instead of some type of fiber. Had a bit of of fit issue in regards to #2 cylinder clamp.
