Yea I cleaned the jets, but im not running an air filter so it is probably clogged again. I know my buddy has a compression tester so Ill get that done. What do you mean take out a spark plug to determine if it's flooding? NOOB sorry lol

Pull two spark plugs- if it's flooding, they will be wet from fuel after a bit of cranking. Since you don't have air filter element, pull right side cover off and block openning to airbox with your hand. Full "choke ", NO throttle, and crank it over. Got her started!!!
Took the "new" throttle tube off and replaced it with the old "janky" one I had. Bike fired right up with a little bit of choke, which means I still got a clog somewhere in the carb...
Gonna do a compresion test tomorow and check the valve spacing while I got the calve cover off to fix the gasket.
